  Walked in and asked for size long wide leg pants. The rep, provided me with one pair in store that came in long, and a pair of joggers that came in long. I proceeded to continue to shop, no one spoke to me again. I was never asked to start a dressing room, never asked if there was anything else they could help with. Nothing. All 3 clerks ignored me as I tried on more things and went out to the floor and sought out products for myself as if they couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones and ask if I needed anything else. Terrible experience. Will be shopping online only. Terrible customer service

  I was in there today. Nobody said a word to me the whole time. Multiple employees gave me looks. But nobody said hi. Tried to check out a few times, had something in my hand. Nobody acknowledged me. Nobody checked me out. So I just put it back and left. Vuori is not the only retailer for Vuori.

  This was one of the best shopping experiences of my entire life. And I typically don’t like shopping. The whole staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in the store. I felt a warm presence as the vibey house music verberated throughout the well decorated space and into my bones. One specific employee, Regan, was especially helpful and made me rethink my prior fears of shopping. Thank you

  The clothes are way different before they did their massive expansion. They ruined the meta joggers causing me to find the old ones with the 28inch inseam. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I was in the store for 10 minutes.
